1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern your use of DealZingy, including public pages, search, deal pages, submission forms, and any admin functions made available to authorized users.
2. Nature of the Service
DealZingy publishes information about coupons, discounts, affiliate offers, and related merchant content.
We try to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that any offer, code, price, availability, or merchant statement is always correct, complete, or active at the time you use it.
A merchant or platform may change, withdraw, reject, or limit an offer at any time.
3. Affiliate Relationships
Some links on DealZingy are affiliate links. If you click such a link and later make a purchase, DealZingy may receive a commission.
Affiliate relationships do not change the price you pay unless a merchant explicitly provides a discount.
4. User Submissions
If you submit a deal, coupon, merchant description, logo, note, or other content, you confirm that you are allowed to provide that content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to review, store, moderate, adapt, publish, reject, or remove that content for the purpose of operating DealZingy.
We are not required to publish any submission and may remove published content at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use DealZingy to:
- submit false, misleading, unlawful, or fraudulent information
- interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the site
- scrape, abuse, or overload the platform in a harmful way
- upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship to a merchant
6. Admin Accounts
Admin access is restricted to authorized users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your admin credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.
We may suspend or revoke admin access at any time where necessary for security, misuse prevention, or operational reasons.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the design, text, data structure, branding, and software of DealZingy are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Merchant names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Availability and Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent retention of any specific submission or record.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DealZingy is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses resulting from expired or incorrect offers, merchant conduct, third-party websites, or temporary service interruptions.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful, including for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory consumer protection rights.
10. Third-Party Websites
DealZingy links to third-party merchant and service-provider websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, checkout processes, privacy practices, or contractual terms.
11. Governing Law
Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
If you are a consumer, mandatory rights under the law of your habitual residence remain unaffected where they apply.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
